Yapify.io is your future AI full-time social media manager, working 24/7 to handle all the tasks a human social media manager would.
The Problem
While writing my bachelor’s thesis, I faced a significant challenge: I am more eloquent in German than in English, so I relied heavily on AI tools to refine my writing. However, I quickly noticed that AI-generated text never truly captured my personal tone and writing style. The sentences felt unnatural, and I spent a lot of time manually adjusting them to sound like me. This wasn’t just a problem for academic writing—content creation for social media and blogs also required a unique tone and style that AI tools couldn’t replicate.
The Solution
To solve this, I trained an AI model to match my personal writing style and tonality. Instead of just rephrasing text generically, the AI now writes exactly how I would naturally formulate sentences. I soon realized this wasn’t just useful for my thesis—it could also streamline content creation for blog posts and social media. Today, I use Yapify.io to write engaging posts for X (Twitter) and LinkedIn, making social media management more efficient and personalized.

Failed Ventures / Out of Business

September 2024 - December 2024
gastropoint.io is a all-in-one software for restaurant owners to reduce the workload from 10h per day to only 6h per day.
The Problem
This project was deeply personal and emotional for me. My father was a dedicated restaurant owner who worked tirelessly—24/7—to provide a good life for our family. The immense stress and pressure took a severe toll on his health. He suffered a brain hemorrhage, and doctors told us he would not survive. Miraculously, he did, but the price was high—he is now paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair. His story is not unique. Many restaurant owners in Germany work under immense pressure, handling everything themselves, from daily operations to financial management. The lack of digital organization leads to inefficiencies, long working hours, and severe burnout. I wanted to change that.
The Solution
To help restaurant owners avoid the same fate as my father, I set out to build a software solution that would reduce their workload by digitalizing and organizing their processes. My vision was to create a system that would help them make data-driven decisions, automate repetitive tasks, and give them more time to focus on what truly matters—family, health, and business growth. I joined an accelerator program to refine my idea, validate the business model, and build a sustainable solution for the industry.
Why It Failed
As I progressed in the accelerator, I conducted extensive market research and quickly realized a key issue: many software solutions already existed that could solve this problem, but German restaurant owners were not adopting them. Unlike in other industries, restaurant owners in Germany were resistant to implementing digital tools, preferring traditional methods they were comfortable with. The competition in the market was fierce, and rather than entering a crowded space with a high barrier to adoption, I made the difficult decision to shut down the project and move on.
This experience taught me a lot about market fit, customer behavior, and the importance of adoption barriers. Instead of fighting an uphill battle, I redirected my energy toward Yapify.io, a project with a clearer market demand and a problem I could solve more effectively.
